Towson University's Top 10% Scholars Program is for Baltimore City and Baltimore County public high school students graduating in the top 10 percent of their senior classes. The program rewards students for their outstanding academic achievement through benefits such as comprehensive financial aid packages and scholarship awards. College Bound Foundation
College Bound Foundation places College Access Program Specialists (CAPS) in Baltimore City's public high schools. The unique one-on-one and group advising program assists students with everything they need to continue their education, from college selection to help filling out financial aid forms appropriately, to arranging and chaperoning day and overnight campus tours. TUTORS

Cherry Hill Trust
Cherry Hill Trust was founded in 1994 as an umbrella organization for community development. Its goal is to improve the quality of life for Cherry Hill residents by reducing crime; organizing job fairs for ex-offenders, adults and youth ages 14 and up; supporting affordable preventive health care; encouraging neighborhood beautification projects; overseeing design and construction of projects in Cherry Hill Homes and Cherry Hill Senior Manor; and improving the overall economic health of the community.
